Federal XACT-FIL™ Monobloc Filler - Filling Plastic Jugs
Federal’s XACT-FIL™ Monobloc features a Federal Net Weight Filler and Zalkin Capper. It can fill container sizes from 2 oz to 5 gal at speeds of up to 1,200 containers per minute, depending on the size of the container. The net weight filler uses commercially available PC based controls, servo and accucycloidal motor drive systems, and a fully integrated reject system for weight control and mis-applied caps. The XACT-FIL™ Monobloc achieves fill accuracies of ± 0.1%.
