Net Weight Filling Systems For Liquid Foods & Beverages
Federal offers a wide range of durable and dependable weight filling systems for beverages and free-flowing liquid foods that require accurate and consistent fill weights.
Our beverage and liquid food weight fillers are capable of operating in net weight, gross weight, parametric, and time-based filling modes. Fill weight accuracy is ± 0.1% regardless of product or container types.
Federal’s weight fillers are recognized for their dependable performance in demanding production environments and for the true low total cost ownership they offer with routine maintenance.
We offer six filler footprints and bowl pitch diameters configured for 6 to 64 filling valves. All Federal weight fillers are available in filler-only, monobloc filler capper, and tri-bloc rinser filler capper configurations. Extended Shelf Life (ESL) models are offered for all machine configurations.
Federal offers a wide range of weight fillers including food and beverage models authorized to display the 3-A symbol, a recognized industry standard for hygienic design and construction.
Federal weight fillers are designed for hot fill, cold fill, and ambient fill applications and we offer over twenty filling valve configurations and styles for specific non-food, food, and beverage product requirements.
Federal weight fillers are capable of filling container sizes from 1 oz. (29mL) to 5 gallons (18.9L).
