Inline Net Weight Fillers and Lidding Systems for PailsNEW
This 2-Station Inline Net Weight Filler and Lidder system is configurable for food and non-food products. This machine can handle light to semi-viscous foamy and non-foamy products with a fill accuracy of ± 0.1%. Our net weight filling technology is ideal for high-value products such as paints and coatings, oils, agricultural chemicals, food products and more. This product also features a servo-controlled linear actuator for bottom-up fill capabilities, as well as no bottle, no fill capabilities and near drip-less filling. Optional Lid Closing Systems are available for denesting, dispensing and compressing round or square lids onto pails.

Bottom-up fill, positive shutoff nozzles
Includes two-stage air cylinders to support reduced flow at the end-of-fill and maximum flow during fast fill and product flushing, shower style nozzle with stroke down to fill and stroke up to close to reduce product splash, and photoelectric sensing flags for “no-container/no-fill” functionality. Electric linear actuator is utilized to positively position the nozzles for the bottom-up fill.
