Federal lightweight bottle filling valves are an upgraded version of current Federal level filling valves. They are available as Aftermarket Upgrades as well as an Available Option on new Federal level fillers.
Federal lightweight bottle level filling valves are one-for-one replacements for all current removable, flange mounted valves installed on Federal level fillers.

Lightweight Bottle Filling Valve Highlights
- New low friction inner valve sleeve o-seal replaces current inner valve sleeve o-ring reduces topload on bottles up to 25% – reduces scrap, increases uptime and shortens commissioning process for lightweight bottles
- New low friction inner valve sleeve o-seal has longer useful life than current inner sleeve o-ring – reduces maintenance requirements and expense
- New lightweight bottle valves feature same basic design and principles of operation as current Federal level filling valves – familiar appearance and operation simplifies conversion process
