Federal now offers a new commutator upgrade for Federal weight fillers.
The high-performance fiber optic, mercury-free commutator which is standard equipment on all new Federal and XACT-FIL® weight fillers is now available as an Aftermarket Upgrade for both Federal and EPSI weight fillers.

Upgrade Kit Includes
- Moflon fiber optic, mercury-free commutator
- Mounting hardware, spacers and brackets
- Two media convertors for fiber optic to CAT 5 communications connections
- Ethernet port
- Cables and wiring
- Installation by Federal technicians is recommended
- Installation and field program updates require 8 to 16 hours for a Federal field service technician depending upon filler configuration
- Older weight filler models running Data Highway will require additional communications hardware and components
