Federal to Introduce New Simpl-FIL™ and Modular Inline Filling Systems at Pack Expo International
Oct 17, 2022Federal is introducing two brand new, versatile net weight filling machines at Pack Expo International Oct. 23-26 in Chicago. The Simpl-FIL™ single station filler and Federal’s new modular inline filler will make their debut in Booth N-5316. These two new fillers were designed for customers looking for small-scale production and room to grow without buying an entirely new filling system.
Simpl-FIL™ Single Station Net Weight Filler
Simpl-FIL™ is a single station net weight filler designed for small-batch and start-up production or product testing labs. These new semi-automatic fillers have a small footprint and can fill any free-flowing liquid into containers from 250mL to 20L. Simpl-FIL™ was designed with versatility in mind. This net weight filler is compatible with any free-flowing liquid, either in small batches or with a regular "on demand" product supply line.
Modular Inline Filler
The Federal Modular Inline Filler is a 2-station filler that can be expanded to a 4-, 6-, or 8-station filler at the time of purchase as production demands increase. Each module has two stations to increase production speeds. This modular net weight filler offers flexibility for plants that want to future-proof their production lines.
In addition to the new Modular Inline Filler's expansion capabilities, it also offers immediate flexibility for multiple container formats. Each station is designed with adjustable container handling parts to ensure that the machine can run small, medium, and large containers without any change parts.

Federal will also exhibit an XACT-FIL™ Monobloc with an integrated Zalkin lidder for paint gallons, a Level Filler Monobloc with a GEM capper for dairy products, and an inline 5-gallon pail filler.
