Federal’s #6 Series is a long-time favorite for fast, dependable and accurate filling of plastic gallons and half-gallons. An important feature is the exceptionally smooth movement of bottles operating at speeds up to 90 gpm for foaming products and 140 gpm for water.
The #7 Series is Federal’s solution to the increasing demands for high-speed, high-volume bottling lines. This 30-valve filler with 10 capping stations is designed for filling light-weight gallons at 100 to 110 gpm for foaming products and up to 200 gpm for water. This series is available in valve combinations of 21 to 45 valves.
